When do I pay for my service?

All services must be paid in full upfront when you book. This confirms your appointment with the provider.

How far in advance do I need to book?

All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your appointment. Cancellations after that are charged 50% of the service (10% to Onyx, 90% to your provider).

What if I'm unhappy with my service?

Please contact your service provider directly to resolve any concerns. Onyx Mobile Beauty Salon is not responsible for individual service disputes.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued by our admin team and typically arrive within 3 business days.

Do I need to disclose anything about my home?

Yes — during booking you must disclose any pets or obstructions at the service address so your provider can prepare.
