Customer Agreement
ONYX MOBILE BEAUTY SALON — CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (v1)
1. Payment. All services must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking. Booking a service constitutes your agreement to pay the full price shown at checkout.
2. Advance booking. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellations. You may cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after that (or no-shows) are charged 50% of the service price. Of that amount, 10% goes to Onyx and 90% goes to your service provider.
4. Refunds. Refunds are issued by Onyx admin and typically arrive within 3 business days of approval.
5. Property disclosures. You must disclose any pets, minors, or physical obstructions at the service address during booking, so your provider can prepare and stay safe.
6. Dispute resolution. If you are unhappy with a service, you agree to contact your individual service provider directly to resolve the concern. Onyx Mobile Beauty Salon is not responsible for the outcome of individual services and is not a party to disputes between you and your provider.
7. Independent contractors. All service providers are independent contractors and not employees of Onyx.
8. Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension of your account.
