Service Provider Agreement
ONYX MOBILE BEAUTY SALON — SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT (v1)
1. Independent contractor status. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Onyx.
2. Business insurance. You must carry your own business insurance and upload proof of coverage during signup. You may not accept bookings until Onyx admin approves your insurance.
3. Payment schedule. You are paid weekly. The work week is Sunday through Saturday, and payments for the prior week are issued the following Thursday.
4. Cancellation split. If an appointment is cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled start time or the customer no-shows, the customer is charged 50% of the service price. You receive 90% of that amount; 10% is retained by Onyx.
5. Service standards. You agree to arrive on time, use professional-grade tools and products, and comply with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
6. Live tracking. When you are en route to a booking, you agree to share your live location with Onyx and the customer for safety and coordination.
7. Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or bringing unapproved third parties to a service address may result in immediate removal from the platform.
8. Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through Onyx.
