Salon Policy



All hair appointments do not include shampoo. Please clean and condition your hair before your stylist arrives. If you have pets, please place your pet in another room while receiving services. All services performed at your location.


PLEASE PROVIDE SERVICE ADDRESS IN YOUR APPOINTMENT NOTES IF DIFFERENT FROM YOUR ADDRESS. Due to the nature of our on-demand service, all payments are non-refundable. All appointments booked will be charged. Please call Salon for cancellation at 210-789-2622. The payment card on file will be charged when booked. Any appointments that cannot be booked by the salon will be refunded the full amount of purchase.



There will be a travel fee for locations outside of Houston, TX of $20 or more. If stylists must use paid parking to perform your service, you will be responsible for full parking payment due at time of service. 


To diminish the spread of Covid-19, please wear a mask covering your nose and mouth while recieving services. Your service provider will also wear a mask (and gloves when appropriate) as a safety precaution. Service providers have the right to refuse service if they feel their health and/or safety is in jeopardy and no refund will be provided for services.
